Vaping is not explicitly banned for personal use in Bangladesh. However, public use is restricted and selling to minors is prohibited. We recommend using vape products responsibly and in private settings. Dark Vault only sells to customers aged 18+.
Inside Dhaka, orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. For deliveries outside Dhaka — Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and other districts — expect 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking updates via phone/SMS once your order is dispatched.
We accept bKash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For bKash/Nagad, payment details are provided during checkout. COD is available across Bangladesh — you pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Absolutely. Every item in the Vault — whether it's a Voltbar Switch, Citizen Tsuyosa, or any other product — is 100% genuine and sourced from authorized channels. We never sell counterfeits or replicas. Period.
We do not accept returns based on personal preference — if you simply changed your mind or don't like the smell, flavor, or style, we cannot process a return. We also do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, if your item arrives defective (see next question), we've got you covered with a replacement.
If your vape isn't turning on, your watch isn't functioning, or your perfume arrives with a broken seal or leaking — report it to us within 7 days of delivery. You'll need to provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect, then return the item to us. Once we confirm the defect, we'll ship a replacement (same or equivalent product) at no extra cost. Replacement shipping for confirmed defects is on us.
Watches sold by Dark Vault come with the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. For any functional issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the defect. We'll coordinate a replacement if the watch is confirmed to be malfunctioning.
